These terms govern your use of the Zaripo app and website provided by Baris Yaman (Zaripo). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
1. The service
Zaripo is a tool for recording and viewing a baby's sleep, feeding, diaper and related care information, and for sharing it with family members you invite.
2. Not medical advice
Zaripo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Summaries and patterns are informational only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about your baby's health, and call emergency services in an emergency. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something in the app.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read your sign-in codes can access your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
4. Your content
You own the records you enter. You give us a limited licence to store, process and sync them solely to run the service for you and your household. You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you add.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
- Do not use the service to harass or harm others.
6. Pro subscription
Some features may require a paid Pro family plan. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, are charged to your store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period (or as your store specifies). Manage or cancel in your store account settings; refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. If a subscription ends, your free features and your ability to export your data remain.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but provide it “as is”, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Keep your own copy of important records by using the export feature.
8. Termination
You can stop using Zaripo and delete your account at any time (see the Support page). We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or to protect the service or others.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaripo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the app for health decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, nor your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
